Rocket Room — Please read these terms carefully before completing your booking.
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for a game, activity, or experience ("Rocket Room") at [All Venues]. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms, as well as any website content, at any time without prior notice.
1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before completing your booking. They explain who we are, how your Experience will be provided, how bookings may be changed or cancelled, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1.3 If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you are responsible for ensuring that everyone in your group has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We are not liable if any participant is unable to take part due to a failure to share relevant information with them.
1.4 This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
2. About Us & Contact Details
2.1 Rocket Room operates as part of ELANGENI INVESTMENTS LTD. The registered office is located at 2nd Floor 20-21 Leicester Square, London, England, WC2H 7JX.

2.3 If we need to contact you, we will do so using the phone number or email address provided at the time of booking.
3. Your Contract With Us
3.1 Private / Individual Customers (B2C)
3.1.1 A binding contract is formed once your payment has been successfully processed and you receive a booking confirmation and confirmation email. Payment links may expire and unpaid reservations may be automatically released without notice.
3.1.2 If we are unable to accept your booking for any reason, including operational limitations, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3.1.3 A booking reference will be provided with your confirmation. Please quote this reference in any correspondence regarding your booking.
3.2 Corporate / Business Customers (B2B)
3.2.1 Corporate bookings are confirmed once the date, venue, activities, guest numbers, and price have been agreed with your assigned event organiser. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full at the time of booking.
3.2.2 For large group bookings or private venue hire, a deposit or alternative payment terms may be offered at our discretion. Any such arrangement must be agreed in advance.
3.2.3 Following confirmation and payment, we will issue a booking reference and confirmation email. Invoices can be provided upon request; however, payment is not dependent on receipt of an invoice or purchase order.
3.2.4 A booking reference will be provided with your confirmation. Please quote this reference in any correspondence regarding your booking.
3.2.5 Bookings are not confirmed until payment is completed. Payment links may expire and unpaid reservations may be automatically released without notice.
4. The Experience
4.1 Your Experience will take place on the date and time confirmed in your booking confirmation.
4.2 Certain activities (including, but not limited to, axe throwing) require participants to complete and sign a liability waiver before taking part. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the activity without refund.
4.3 Participants are responsible for checking the suitability of activities in relation to any medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. Please contact us in advance if you have concerns.
4.4 Smart casual dress is required. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone not dressed appropriately. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: tracksuits, athletic wear, flip-flops, beach sandals, and clothing that is excessively torn, revealing, or offensive.
4.5 Some activities are restricted to participants aged 18 or over. Alcohol-based games may require alcohol to be substituted with non-alcoholic alternatives for under-18s. Valid photo ID may be required. Failure to provide ID may result in exclusion without refund.
4.6 Due to licensing conditions, under-18s may not be permitted in the venue after a specified 18+ curfew. Curfew times are published on the venue website.
4.7 Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times prior to the 18+ curfew. No refunds will be issued due to age-related access restrictions.
4.8 We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Accepted ID is a valid passport, driving licence or verified proof of age card. Photocopies or images will not be accepted. We reserve the right to conduct security searches and refuse entry at our discretion.
4.9 To ensure fair access to activities, Rocket Room permits a maximum of one booking per person per day. We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask guests to leave the playing area if this policy is breached.
5. Cancellations & Changes by You
5.1 Legal Position
5.1.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, bookings for leisure services provided on a specific date do not carry a statutory cooling-off period. Once a booking is confirmed, there is no automatic legal right to cancel.
5.1.2 Notwithstanding the above, Rocket Room may offer cancellation or rescheduling options in accordance with the terms set out below.
5.2 Private Bookings
5.2.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled booking time will be eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
5.2.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at management discretion.
5.2.3 Any request made to reschedule within 48 hours of the booking time will be considered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
5.2.4 Table-only bookings may be refunded unless they form part of a ticketed or special event.
5.3 Corporate / Group Bookings
5.3.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled booking date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total booking value. The remaining balance will be refunded where applicable.
5.3.2 Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking value.
5.3.3 Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking date are non-refundable and the full booking value will be retained.
5.3.4 Any request to reschedule a corporate or group booking will be considered subject to availability and remains at the sole discretion of Rocket Room.
5.4 Postponements
5.4.1 Postponement requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date.
5.4.2 Any postponed booking must be rebooked within 2 months of the original booking date. If no new date is confirmed within this period, the booking payment will be forfeited. Requests made with less than 7 days' notice are not eligible for postponement or refund.
5.5 Late Arrival and No-Shows
5.5.1 Tables and playing areas will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes after the booking time. After this time, the booking may be treated as a no-show, a cancellation fee may apply, and the space may be released. Late arrival may reduce your allocated play time.
6. Changes or Cancellation by Us
6.1 In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or alter your Experience. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.
6.2 If a significant change is required, you will be offered the option to reschedule within 30 days.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel a booking without refund if required waivers are not completed.
6.4 We reserve the right to cancel a booking without refund where participants behave in an aggressive, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner towards staff or other guests.
6.5 We reserve the right to cancel a booking without refund where safety instructions provided by staff are ignored or breached.
6.6 We reserve the right to cancel a booking without refund where alcohol is consumed prior to participation in restricted activities where this is prohibited by venue policy or licensing requirements (including, but not limited to, axe throwing).
7. How to Contact Us About a Cancellation
7.1 To cancel or request changes to your booking, please contact the venue directly using the details listed on our website or speak with your assigned event organiser.
8. Issues With the Experience
8.1 We are legally required to provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
8.2 If your Experience is significantly disrupted or materially different from what was advertised, you may request a rebooking or refund, subject to assessment.
9. Pricing & Payment
9.1 All prices include VAT and are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices may change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
9.2 No refunds are issued for reduced group numbers or unused places.
9.3 Additional participants may be accommodated subject to capacity and payment on arrival.
9.4 We do not accept cash. Payment must be made by accepted debit or credit card at the time of booking.
9.5 Packages, drink vouchers, and inclusions are valid only during the booked reservation time and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or used outside of the booking.
9.6 Where a refund is due under these Terms, it will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days. We aim to process refunds sooner where reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or card provider.
10. Discounts
10.1 Discounted bookings require valid proof of eligibility upon arrival. Failure to present valid ID may result in the full price being charged.
10.2 Not all activities or packages are eligible for discounts.
10.3 Discounts do not apply to group packages, including party or corporate bundles.
10.4 Discounts are valid Monday to Thursday only.
11. Liability
11.1 Our total liability in connection with your booking is limited to the total amount paid for the Experience.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
12. Data Protection
12.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
12.2 Data may be stored in line with statutory or government-mandated requirements.
13. Legal Terms
13.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation without affecting your rights.
13.2 Rocket Room shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control.
13.3 Such events may include, but are not limited to, government restrictions, changes in law or licensing requirements, public health measures, acts of God, fire, flood, power failure, industrial action, staff shortages, supplier failure, or any other circumstance outside of our reasonable control.
13.4 In such circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. Where possible, we will offer an alternative date or credit.
13.5 Delays in enforcing these Terms do not waive our rights.
13.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. Photography & Filming
14.1 CCTV, photography, and filming may take place within the venue for promotional or commercial purposes. By entering the venue, you consent to such use unless you notify a team member on arrival and follow the opt-out process provided.
